You should replace the hard drive and install Windows clean on that, what is happening sounds like the hard drive failed. You can connect the existing hard drive as a secondary in a desktop or use a USB enclosure to try to read your files to copy.
Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug its AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again and see see if it will load normally.
- If these doesn't work try loading in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options and select Safe Mode.
- If it does load Safe Mode do run System Restore and restore it to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.
- If Safe Mode will not work you may need to reinstall Windows instead.
