how to fix asus laptop its struck on restart

Hi Debra, Can you please start by telling me the model number of your device. Could you also please tell me the instructions you were given and by who these were given by.
sorry sent message fisrt time to wrong place here is model x553SA-BHCLN1 it was window that told .i needed to restart my pc for the changes to take place .they said one of my driver was not working .they said they repair it anI needed to restart my LAPTOP
here is the info again model x553SA-BHCLN10 the volume was not working so the computer told me it fix it ,an to restart so I did but now its blue screen and it telling me that is restarting but it hasn't. its been struck for two now .plus I can't remove the battery it said that I have to send it in to get it fix as long as it wasn't cause by a download
