how to connect amp to tv dvd and sky

hi have just bought new amp and am taking speakers from dvd home cinema
and wanting to use in amp and want to run smart tv dvd and sky from amp how do i do this please

You can't expect a detailed answer without the makes and models of your equipment.
Usually there are two options.
1. Connect the DVD and Sky box to the TV with HDMI. Connect the TV audio out to the new amp.
2. Connect the DVD and Sky box to the amp with HDMI. Connect the Amp to the TV with HDMI. If the amp and TV both have ARC you turn that on and it sends the sound of the TV back to the amp. If not you need an additional optical cable from the TV to the amp to get sound on smart functions to the amp.
