So, i was just playing some CSGO, everything was fine, so all of a sudden my Laptop freezes, and shuts down, I had a few viruses but thats because Norton ran out, i do not have a windows CD Key nor a disk drive, Somebody told me i have a Corrupt os and i need to reinstall it , it does not let me see the error msg when it says "we found a problem" it just flashes by 1-5 seconds usually, im fine with uninstalling things so please help me
