Hello, my sisters birthday is coming up and we're looking to get her a new laptop. She has one currently and only uses it to play sims 4 and browse the internet but it is simple just outdated and old therefore cannot really run it anymore. We have a maximum Budget of £400 ($580). The system does not have to include Microsoft office on it as she gets it for free as part of her membership with the school.
The only requirement i really would like is for it to be able to run sims 4 (doesn't even have to be on max graphic settings). I've been searching around myself but don't really have the knowledge on laptops to conformable suggest one.

P.S I know this is rather annoying but due to certain things we can only get the laptop from this site.
