I have a samsung tv, and after i updated to windows 10, i have not been able to connect the tv to my pc via HDMI. I have a HD 7850 grafics card and a GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard.

Solution
Sometimes the PC has to be off when you switch to the TV input and sometimes it should already be booted up. When two components are connected with HDMI they have to "handshake" with each other and the TV doesn't look for a handshake continuously. Sometimes switching to another input and back will get the TV looking to shake hands.

Have you double checked that your Samsung is set to the correct HDMI input. Make sure if you unplugged the cable that it goes in original port OR with computer running press the source button on Samsung remote and see which HDMI is active.

I am not entirely sure what you mean by that, but i have Radeon settings installed, so my gpu drivers should be up to date.
