Stuck in disk error repair

Do you understand what repairing disk errors does? This is a process that Windows uses to correct errors within itself. So if the process is stuck (and it started by itself) then that means Windows has a serious issue somewhere.

When did this first begin? Did you notice any strange behavior before this started?

Well I lent it too my neice and she accidently dropped it off the chair (supposedly).and I cannot get it to go past that repairing state .. I am just not knowing wat to do. I have also a msi netbook with win. 7 and for some darn reason I pulled it out a storage and when I turned it on the only thing that comes up is for me to put a password in and for the life of me I cannot remember the password is got me going crazy and I've tried and tried to rack my brain and I cannot remember it so and I can't get past it won't let me even do anything like I try to boot into nothing like into the show support by as I don't know what to do I'm at a loss man if you could help me now I can I'm good at listening and learning and taking direction I just need some help bad can't afford another one

Do you have any data on the Win10 machine that you would not mind losing or was it already formatted/empty to begin with?

Nothing important on it... and um I don't know about if it is formatted or not ... any suggestions

My advice would be to reinstall Windows 10 on it. Do you have a CD you can use?

Well, that would be the way I would go about it is reinstalling the operating system. Maybe a friend can lend you an install CD. Reformatting and reinstalling the OS will fix this issue.

If the machine is compatible with Windows XP you can, yes. You can find out by googling the machine for it's drivers and seeing if Windows XP is listed as an available operating system. Let me know if I can help any further and don't forget to select best answer!
