Solution
Since it's a laptop i'd guess its like any other one, you have two "switches" on the back of your laptop, the first one generally has the number "1" with a circle around it, meaning you have to unlock that one first. The second one with the number "2" is a different yet similar one where you gotta maintain it pressing with your thumb while you take off the battery, it is that easy.

Well to be honest i can't find documentation nor bottom pictures of your laptop, if you could send one, that'd be great.
There's on picture i found out that maybe it is your laptop, not entirely sure, and I actually can't see the battery in there. It's weird how a laptop doesn't have the capability to easily remove the battery, unless Toshiba is turning into Apple

Hi, from the product detailed specification from Toshiba, the battery is a 4cell/45Wh Lithium Ion battery pack (non user replaceable battery). Meaning it's inside the laptop.

He didn't tell me it's not made for removal by the laptop owner! Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. That is so weird. Wonder how long the battery lasts. Thanks to all of you for your help.
