And, are both notebook can run Autodesk Inventor 2014 ?

The Core i3-5010u is overall more powerful when it comes to processor performance. The A8-6410 will only approach it's performance in application that can make use of all 4 cores.

The Radeon R5 M230 has overall better performance than the Intel HD 5500. Not by a lot, but it is better.

I am not familiar with Autodesk Inventor.
