My HyperX Cloud II's keeps disconnecting whenever I touch the wire or move

I have connected my headset onto another computer but still the problem still consists. Also when I reconnect it,
sometimes It says "USB has malfunctioned." If you can use your time to help me that would be grateful, thanks!

It seems like its a problem with your headset cable. Best choice is to exchange the headset for a new one.

There's a chance that could be your problem, but you mentioned that the headset didn't work with another computer too. Maybe you should try it with another computer, if it doesn't work with that its definitely the headsets problem.
