Internet connection problem

Hi. Just bought a lenovo ideapad 100s. It doesn't automatically connect to wifi but asks for a username and password. I am Virginmedia and tried the Username and password for my account to no avail. Tried passkey for router. Doesn't wirk. Anyone know what username and password I need to connect before I take it back. Many thanks

you need the username/password of the wifi, not viginmedia

you either have it written down or you will have to reset your wifi route and set a new user/password.
