Bluetooth headset not working properly on my laptop

Hello I have bluetooth headset and I want to use it on my laptop, first pairing is working fine, but for the next time I want to use it, its not connecting anymore. can someone help me? I am using asus rog laptop with windows 8.1 and skull candy wireless headset.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstalling the Bluetooth driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Bluetooth driver.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from Asus support site.
