laptop using mobile wifi

If you're saying that your laptop doesn't have wifi inbuilt there's a couple of things you could do.

1) Buy a mobile broadband stick that plugs directly in to your laptop - this will give you access to mobile wifi.
2) If you already have some form of mobile wifi (such as a hotspot from your mobile phone), you could buy a USB wifi adapter for your laptop. This would probably be more useful since you can then connect to other wifi networks too.

If what I have said is answering the wrong question, could you give us some more information about what you are trying to achieve?
