it can be?

Can you help me please?
I need a clue.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to load in BIOS and load its defaults by pressing on F9 once then exit when done.
- If these doesn't work do load BIOS again and check if your HDD is detected.
- Change the Boot Priority and make your HDD as the first boot device.
- If all these will not work you may need to replace the HDD itself.
- Do test the HDD first onto a different PC or laptop just to make sure if it would be detected or not.
- If it will work onto a different PC you may just need to reload Windows for it work.

Thank you for your quick reply,
I did try these and other trouble shooting while on the phone with windows support. I concluded that I need to replace the HDD.
I went to best buy and got a PNY SSD upgrade and immediately put it in without prior formatting, my computer no longer makes the beeping noise which I think is a good sign, but it still has "no bootable device". Can you please help me with the steps necessary to format and partition the SSD and reload Windows with a USB? (my laptop does not have a DVD drive)
Thank you a million!
