Hello! Just wanted to ask that will GTA5 run amd radeon(TM) R5 Graphics

The answer is yes. As long as your CPU meets the requirements, you should be able to run the game.
I would recommend getting an extra 4GB of RAM, since the game uses 4GB as minimal required to run (You can run it with less, but don't expect a really smooth gameplay or a estable one)
