I dropped my laptop on my floor by half a foot now what? it turned o ff and the screen went blue, and I turned it on and its working fine! what will happen and what do i DO from here? it has no hard drive too.

Hi

If you can get into BIOS (or UEFI) and no hard disk shown
the most likely thing that hard drive has come out of SATA socket (both power & data)

Find out how to get access and push it back into the SATA socket

User guide may show this or google for instructions on internet or video on youtube

If this is not the cause problem is more serious, possibly SATA connector or socket broken

it was NEVER built with a hard drive.

I have not heard of a laptop without a hdd or ssd or equivalent since times 3.5" floppy disks were common
What make & model ?
and what is wrong with it?
