How would I go about connecting a speaker to an amplifier?

I've got a pair of Skytec SL6 speakers and recently purchased the Skytec SPL300 amplifier. Could you please explain what cables I require and how I go about connecting them?
 
The best way is to look at the connection points on the speakers and then on the amplifier.

Identify the connector types and gender. Then look for a cable that is the same type but opposite gender on each end.

Just a push in and lock connection - bare wire.

So as I understand it you need cables with banana jack connectors on the amplifier end and will terminaet the cables with bare wire on the speaker end.

Go online and check the User Guide/Manuals for the amplifer and speakers to confirm. Also check recommended wire gauge for the cable.
