I connect my laptop to a LCD with HDMI and I have no problem on display the image, but in the laptop's screen are displayed some black lines on the top that blinks. I bought my computer with windows 8.1 and updated to windows 10, could that be the problem?

Hi,
It could just be the resolution of your laptop not matching the TV. Please do try to adjust the resolution of your laptop higher and see if that will solve the problem. If these will not solve the problem do try to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- In Device Manager uninstall the graphics driver.
- Check as well in Programs and Features if you'll see anything related to your graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Reboot your laptop once installed then test it again after.
