I currently have a asus vivobook s551l(don't mix up with s551la), and yes just so you know, it has a graphics card separate from the processor (nvidia geforce 840m) I know its already a good graphics card but I would like better for next gen games. is it possible to put in a new better one, and if so what ones?

Solution
In most cases, the GPU is soldered down to the motherboard.

Some higher-end laptops have the GPU in what's called an MXM slot, but at the minimum I think those are x60M level. Definitely not in thin-and-lights, and not in that laptop.
