Whenever I go onto the home page of the Rockstar Social Club everything seems all right, but when I select something like Join Social Club or Download Games it brings me to a seemingly uncompleted page. My OS is Windows 8.1. Here is a screenshot so you can get a better idea as to what is wrong. http
