I just did a scan on my computer after downloading a couple games from www.g2a.com because I havent done a scan in a while.

I got this under threat found it said the severity was LOW but moved it to Avast Chest. Not sure what this is and I tried to google it didnt find clear answer. What should I do? What is this? Should I keeep it in chest or try and delete it? What does the Chest even do? Thanks

FLVPlayer-Chrome.exe ------ PUP :WIN32:pUPgen [PUP]

Sounds like it's just some sort of unnecessary Chrome Plug-In. Don't know why it's an exe file though. I'd probably get rid of it.

Your Avast Chest is very much like it sounds. It's a place where you keep things under lock and key; separate and secure from everything else. Your anti-virus program places anything it determines to be detrimental to your system in it's chest; locked away and secure from the rest of your system until you decide what you want to do with it.
