Can't Exit Aptio Setup Utility

Hi,
My laptop is Asus R510C and the operating system is windows 10. The problem is I can't exit from the Aptio Setup Utility when my computer is not connected to the internet. when is connected to the internet, the start menu comes on. Please can someone help me out?

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try but definitely it's the HDD if you've done most of the troubleshooting with Asus Support.
- Start by disconnecting other devices connected to that laptop.
- Next is to load Aptio Setup screen and make sure that the HDD is set as the first boot device.
- If these will not work try loading BIOS into its default by pressing F9 while your in Aptio setup screen.
- Lastly, remove the HDD off the laptop and see if it will get pass the Aptio setup screen because if it does that confirms that its the HDD that is faulty.

Excuse me, but pressing f9 does not work, my options are still locked.
