I can only get the touchpad to work when I am in BIOS. I have to use a mouse when I'm in the OS. Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried reinstalling Windows 10 and installing Ubuntu, neither worked.
I'm afraid there's no fix for that issue since you really cannot use your mouse inside BIOS. You can only use the keyboard of your laptop to navigate inside BIOS. You can only use the arrow keys, TAB, Enter and Functions keys.

Did you find solution to this problem as I have exact the same issue. Toshiba Satellite C55-B5265. I tried live CDs, boot on flash drive, reformatted hard disk & reinstalled Windows 8.1 with same result. Trackpad only works when in BIOS.
