I just bought a Dell Inspiron 17 (5755) with these specs:
AMD A8-7410 (base speed 2.2GHz, max with turbo boost is 2.5GHz)
12GB DDR3L RAM
2TB HDD
AMD RADEON R5 graphics

What kind of games can I play on this? Medium settings maybe?

With an A8, can play newer games on low with maybe lowered resolution to get playable frame rates. Something like WOW may be OK on Medium although the newer graphics may tax it.

The LOL and CS GO that everyone plays now should run pretty well.
