Note 4 Heats up While playing hearthstone and PB won't charge!

I brought my Power bank to the retail shop where I purchased it and they said it's fine . My sony 20k mah power bank wont charge my note 4 faster during gaming hearthstone. It keeps going down the longer i charge it. Does gaming during a charge with a PB slows down my charging speed?

Yes. You are using more power than you can replace. My tablet has the same issue. If I charge my tablet from my PC, and use it, the % will still go down. I'm using more power than my USB port can output. If I charge my tablet using my dedicated 2AMP charger, I can do whatever I want on the tablet and the battery % will still go out because I am not consume more than 2AMP, so therefore it's charging more.

I would think the the game is pushing your Note to the limit, and that's why it's getting hot and the powerbank can't keep up charging.
