My laptop keeps getting a solid blue screen and I can't get to the BIOS or safe mode (pressing keys does nothing), but occasionally it'll start up ok, then next time blue screen again.
It doesn't seem like anything is loose so I'm not sure how to diagnose if it's a hardware or software issue. I find things online that require troubleshooting on the computer itself but how can you do any of it if you're stuck on a blue screen????
I have Win 7 on a disk, so is there a way to install it if I get a blue screen on startup?
I'm pretty new at this so any help is appreciated!
