Hi all,
Have an Asus R510DP, stuck with a "plugged in,not charging" status and at 0% so the computer will shut off if I remove the charger. Battery is also non-removable as it is inside the unit.
I've looked at a bunch of other threads and tried those solutions -held down power button for 60 seconds, uninstalled the battery drivers, ect. I have no more warranty as this computer is 2 years old.
Asus told me only options were to do a hard reset of the computer, and if that doesnt work, to get a new battery. Any other options you might know of? Doing a hard reset would be the biggest headache as my business runs off editing on this computer
thank you
