I have a Toshiba satellite c40 laptop. It does not have a disk drive and it won't start up. It has a message saying reboot and select proper boot device. This laptop is brand new and has nothing at all on it. Can someone please help. !?!?

If it is brand new then take it back and get a different one. That one is broken.
