These are INPUT signals TO the TV, they are NOT outputs from the TV.
Everything is possible, it usually takes more$, effort, or both! ^)
Some TVs with a USB port that have a "hidden" features where it takes recordings. I say hidden because I don't think vendors advertise it, but I have hear folks bumping across this feature. Up to you to research.
Beyond that you need more hardware, like a TiVO box or something, you TV is not able to OUTPUT its signal to be recorded by you, although if you use a cable box, THAT output (component, not HDMI) can be tied to your computer for recording assuming computer has video input with component.
