Samsung UN65HU7250 65in Curved 4k TV suddenly started to "flicker and shake" (for lack of better simplified terms). Colors seem to be stretched and the video feed seems to duplicate vertically while flickering and shaking. At first I thought it was an input issue but all the cables are fine and it's even happening with the TV's built-in menus and functions. Any thoughts?

I would still try to go back to samsung directly. They may be more receptive... it certainly won't hurt to try. After that, you are likely going to have to get your "hands dirty" to get anything done.... by taking off the back and accessing some of the electronics to do some checks. The first of which would be gently removing and reconnecting all the cables going to the main board and tcon boards. It possible that the cables may have been marginally seated and over time have become an issue... my fingers would be crossed... :)
After that, my first guess would be the TCon has an issue... alternatively, the main board may be also considered.... absent of any information about various electrical testing. The Tcon is responsible...

Unfortunately it was 15 days out of warranty when it broke and all of the "professionals" we've tried to hire to come look at it either never show up or don't even answer their phone.

The Tcon is responsible for signal timing and connection to the panel while the main board is responsible for conversion of signals and creation (ie. menu, apps, hdmi, analog video, etc).

Does the screen display work if just a menu is displayed? Is the issue across all inputs / sources including over the air, internal media apps?

We have been in contact with Samsung, they're the ones who referred us to the "professionals" we're having issues with. And thanks for giving me a direction to go in. I have no problem getting my hands dirty (replaced phone screens, fixed laptop displays, built several computers, etc.) I just have no experience with TV's - let alone 4k ones.

And to answer your last questions, the issue is the same across all inputs and built-in menus.

:-( but I guess I was hoping they would give you a "warranty repair" which has got to be better even if it takes a bit of effort to get the "bums"... :)

Anyways, it sound like you are heading elsewhere which is fine.
OK.... your best bet is to get to badcaps.net which is a forum for diy'ers / techs on lots of things including tv repairs. The problem right now is their site has been down for a while as they were transitioning to a new server. I can't get to the site now... maybe you will have more luck or at least keep an eye there. The biggest issue you will likely have is dealing with the curved set but the guys there will likely be excited to help you get thru this just because it is a curved set... :)
