Can the HD intel graphic card be changed to Nvidia?

hi, I am planning to buy a refurbished 15R2 alienware from dell outlet. The laptop has HD Intel Graphics. Would I be able to change it to NVIDIA once I buy it?

if you purchase a dedicated Nvidia graphics card and the motherboard has an available PCIe x16 slot. and if the power supply can support it.
