HI I would like some help with my Security issue, I had three types of Security which i payed for a 6 month contract about 26th November when i got Windows 10 they advised me because i got a virus in all my devices just before i moved to 10.What i need to know is am i Entitled or Well within my rights to use the said company on Windows 7 because i have no Security what so ever i payed about 40 pound for it which might not be a lot but i think that if you pay for a service you expect to get a Service i have the original registration document email with the three reg keys that activate the Services so if there is anybody that could help me with this problem i would be happy even advice on what to do next .? so,if i understand correctly you are saying that you purchased an anitvirus or security suite program for windows 10?usually these programs are for only one computer unless otherwise stated.if you are not using it on windows 10 all you can do is install it and see if your keys activate it.as well you should be able to contact your vendors customer support for assistance.without more info ie what program this is,this is all i can suggest.
First of all thanks for reply i am having trouble with my Desktop already i could not get to my emails i got message on phone first this is why i am desperate to sort it out i got one before and it got to my phone and kids tablet because i used upload kids videos for me bairn and music for me via USB cable it was serious i did not think they were that bad.Well anyway i still have the emails everyone since they offered me assistance when i first payed it took a few days before they done anything yes they done the scans and told me what repairs where needed but that was it the Drivers Assist never done 1 single repair or install all the time i had it i have all the emails i sent complaining but just got fobbed off with excuse after excuse one time i had about 15 drives out of date which would affect my PC but they said they could not find a certain file in my system i said tell me the file and i will find it but they never did i had a full set of files on portable drive and would plug it back in they said it is too dangerous because there was suspect things in my system i even had discs with back up files on i never had time to do what i wanted because they had me doing all sorts do you think i should try and install the services again or will that not work their is a company keeps popping up to clean my system and it is from the same lot let me know if i should try or not please .?..Thanks again
what program is this?if it was me i would get rid of it and install avast free antivirus,malwarebytes (paid version is best as it has a realtime scanner),and i also use malwarebytes antiexploit free version.never had a problem with these.
