Hi,
Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by loading in BIOS and check if your HDD is set as the first boot device.
- If it's not listed you'll need to open the laptop and reseat the HDD, remove it for couple of second then put it back in making sure that it's seated properly.
- If these troubleshooting steps will not work the problem is with the HDD and replacing it would be the only solution.
