analog & digital signal issues

I have a DVR that has no analog tuner, only digital, and my cable signal is analog (RV Park). Is there an analog to digital converter (ADC) for TV, like it's commonly sold inverse counterpart, the digital to analog converter? Thanks!

It's not like converting audio back and forth from digital to analog. You can't convert analog cable to digital cable or ova. Connect the DVR to the cable box with the video and audio outputs of the box. To record and watch two programs at the same time you will need two boxes.
