acer travelmate 8481 keyborad ,wifi and tuch pad not working after opened !!

Hi,
You may need to retrace the steps you did when you cleaned the inside of your laptop. Check all the connections of the ribbon cable for your keyboard and make sure there are no loose connections. Do try these other steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it work after the reboot.
- If these doesn't work try to load the laptop into Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- If it will load into Safe Mode and the mouse and keyboard will not work, connect an external keyboard and mouse then run System Restore, restore it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.

i updated bios but keyboard not fixed yet
when i rmove keyboard ,wifi working now
and i washes keyboard with watter in last day
( so can help me please what to do now ?
and i clear with tinner 4000 too but working yet
