I have an ACER V5 laptop running Windows 8 that has the message CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED every time at startup. I have tried to start it up in Safe Mode using F8 but each time it just keep returning to the blue screen with the message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart", it restarts and goes through the same process until you turn it off. Anyone got ideas on cure or how to enter Safe Mode ?
