I just ran into an issue when removing the battery from my laptop dropped my game speed dramatically. Have not looked into why exactly, but I'd guess that is your issue. Get a battery for the thing, will fix things.

The shock when touching it may be your environment, buy an anti-static mat and put it under your chair. If the issue is not due to static, you need to replace the laptop as there are grounding issues in the chassis.
Hi,

If your laptop is still under the factory warranty I would suggest taking it back for a repair since a shock from a laptop casing could means that there's something really bad going inside the laptop. If you'll continue using the laptop with that problem it may just make things worst. :( The FPS drops may be related with the shock you're getting when you're touching the laptop. A complete reformat won't solve that issue since it's a hardware problem.

unfortunately I have been using it for last 3 years and extra 1 year with this problem so warranty has expired and I have lost every document I got when I purchased it well is there any solution or anything else that would help me to fix it my self or get it repaired and avoid scam extra cost etc in addition I have overclocked my laptop so to get lil bit performance out of it don't worry I managed to keep the temp under 65 at heavy gaming :) i will try to post pic of my laptop she is completely naked you will understand when i will post the pic Thanks
