I have a lenovo z51-70 can I change my Intel hd graphics 5500???

Are you asking how to always use the AMD and not the Intel graphics? Most laptops switch between the two depending on if you are on batteries or plugged in to the charger. I know you can change this by setting it to performance in the power usage options. I don't have a laptop to try this out on, but if you right click on the desktop you should see "AMD Radeon settings", click on it and go to power options and set performance.
