So, I had windows 7 and I updated it to windows 10. Since it was my mothers laptop she wanted the windows 7 back so I dowbloaded it and installed. It worked properly but she had no cd with drivers so the wireless didnt work. She said I should delete it and download windows 10 back. I just went to recovery but she turned down the laptop and when turning it on again, it just shows samsung logo and then black screen and again samsung logo and so on. It says press f2 for setup or f4 for recovery. I can only get to setup but no recovery. Can anyone help? Is this a problem with the mothersboard or is this problem fixable? Please
