Could you pls help me how to hook or connect microphone to my LG TV with bose cinemate II speaker.

What you want to achieve with that microphone?
- use just the microphone over Bose ("Welcome, friends, to my party")
- or do voice-over TV programme ("And this is how this movie goes...")

YOu have two problems:
- there is no microphone input on your Bose, so you will need an microphone amplifier;
- or if you want to do voice-over, you will need a mixing console between the TV' audio output and Bose' input, with microphone connection
