If the Beats have separate wires for audio and the microphone if they have a mic, you would need some type of adapter.

Assuming you mean the Apple Earpods, the earpods only have one port for both audio and microphone and they are designed to work on Apple Products.
So if you are using them on your computer to try and record audio too there is no way to use the earpod microphone.
