I have a Satellite C-55-B5101 (Toshiba) that won't access the operating system. It's currently running on Windows 10. Whenever I turn it on it just says "Toshiba, Leading Innovation". I've managed to get in the setup utility but it doesn't work. Whenever you just load it up, it says Toshiba, then restarts the computer and does it constantly. Could you help me?
