Laptop Graphics Card Upgrade?

I know it cannot be upgraded from the beginning but i never lost hope! Well... buying a new gaming PC isn't a bad idea! BUT my laptop's graphics card is: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400! It can ran many games developed 2010 and before: (some are after 2010)

Also it can run AC 1,2 and 3 on low graphics settings!

I played some of them and not all of them need to be on the lowest graphics settings! I can actually overclock my graphics card but i think it's too dangerous!
