Hi,

I clean installed win7 with licence key and upgraded to win10 home on a laptop hp dv6-6b75ed.
Win 10 automatically provided two AMD video drivers and AMD Catalyst control centre.

CPU:
AMD Quad-Core A6-3410MX APU with Radeon HD 6755G2 Dual Graphics-chipset.

Win 10 video drivers:
-Radeon HD 6520G
-Radeon HD 6750M

My problem:
Laptop works withouth problem, but start up takes 2 minutes from this clean install, only office 2013 on it, even without a dedicated anti-virus app besides Microsoft's Defender.
I expelled Catalist control centre from startup: still 2 minutes where i expect 30 seconds.

ram: 8 gb ddr3
No ssd, only hdd with one mbr partion about 950gb.
Equipped with fingerprint reader which i dindt assingn to any finger.

In bios (only bios; no uefi) no preference option for video available.

My question:
Is this normal for this hardware with such video equipment or is something wrong?
(i am not familiar with gaming, neither is the laptop owner, my daugther. She says it was already a slowstarter with Win7)

Thank you for your attention.

as the distance between this hp LAPTOP and myself is 200km now i stop trying.

after all i think there is little to tweak.
perhaps a change from BIOS to UEFI brings new insight, but for now i keep it alone.

There is one thing that i experienced with this clean install and also on another laptop, a lenovo with intel i5 and 16gb ram.
Just after finishing the new win install, before win takes over and installs the appropriate video drivers, the system is lightning fast, but if win is finished with the driver update it is back to `normal`
