Best headphones for under $50?

So I have some extra money and would like to replace my almost bass dead beats by dre.

I was wondering what you would recommend for good gaming headphones. I listen to mainly rock and or nightcore while gaming and also will be using them to watch anime and DON'T want a headset.

They need to be closed on ear headphones so unless you recommend something much bigger than turtle beach XL's as I have had that headset and they were much too small for me.

Must be/have: Replaceable wire like beats by dre, good audio quality, $50 w/ taxes and shipping, on ear headphones, soft, durable, closed (no one can hear your music etc even when it's REALLY loud), you should get it now.

Must NOT be/have: Mic (as headsets for this price range usually suck), crappy like beats by dre.

Something I enjoy about beats is that they don't break, no one can hear your music pretty much, and the ear padding is REALLY soft and even after 2 years and the outsiding of the padding being almost gone they are still really soft and comfortable to wear for hours a day.
