Not well at all . That has a Celeron processor . I would look for a "amd A" series processor. It offers great gaming performance with the gpu built in . Like a a8 laptop . That would do the trick .

I would get the following Asus with a Core i3-5010u and Intel HD 5500 fro $350. For the price, it has by far the most powerful CPU and integrated graphics you are going to get. It has a 1080p screen.

If you play "classic" Minecraft (meaning not the Win 10 version) installing the Optifine mod should allow you to play the game at 1080p resolution with decent results.

The amd a8 will perform better and has way better integrated graphics . You will not need optifine. You will be able to do medium or better . Its a quad core cpu . The i3 struggles in today's games but will run mine craft . The graphics for it are awful though

No.

The A8-6410 is an inferior entry level quad core CPU that is less powerful than a dual core i3 CPU. The Radeon R5 (Beema) integrated graphics core is slightly less powerful than the older Intel HD 4000 graphic cores. Do not make the assumption that all AMD graphic cores are better than all Intel graphic cores.

See link below for more info about the Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core. It states the Radeon R5 (Beema) is slightly more powerful than the Intel HD 4200. Despite the higher model number, the Intel HD 4200 is in fact less powerful than the Intel HD 4000.

The A8-6410 has similar performance to a Haswell generation Core i3 CPU, but that is only if all 4 core are used. The i3-5010u is a slightly more powerful Broadwell CPU.

As I stated above, the Asus laptop i linked to is the most powerful new laptop you can buy for $350. Also, note that I recommended Optifine to play the game at 1080p resolution which the Asus laptop supports. Like all typically inexpensive laptops like the refurbished HP you recommended with the A-6410 APU, it only has a 1366x768 resolution screen which is much less demanding when playing games compared to playing games at 1080p.resolution.
