I bought a razer kraken pro from best buy and it says that i will get a free upgrade for surround sound and the tech guy at the store said when i plug it in i will download the surround sound program (pro) for free automatically and that didn't happen, so what do I do? Do i download the free version from razers website and will it auto upgrade to pro or etc.
