I have MSI GE62 Apache-082 laptop. When I turn it on & sign-in, the desktop goes black.I couldn't see any icon.Only cursor is there on the desktop. But I'm able to open other windows through Task Manager. I'm even able to browser & surf, play movies. But again, games also go black, when I open them. I tried giving "explorer.exe" in new task in Task manager, still it's not working. Can anyone help me...???

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help. Are you using Windows 10?
- Start by disabling all your startup items from Task Manager. Once disabled reboot your laptop and see if the same problem will persist.
- Next is to run a virus/malware scan, here's a link that you can use as guide and tools you can use.

- Once done with the cleanup do also run Windows Update and install all the important updates.
