P35w v2 or MSI GE72 6QF Apache Pro

I am buying a laptop for my brother. Now I am deciding between the two Laptop Gigabyte or MSI laptop. Below are their spech and prices.

The Gigabyte one seem to be out-of-date (maybe?) as I think their latest product is P35w V5 for the P35w line.

My preference:
- Cheap (lolzzz)
- Clear screen (size 17" or 15" not matter)
- Sound,

Which one is better among the two? Is MSI worth another 400 bucks?
