Here are some troubleshooting steps that should help in identifying the problem.
- Start by connecting an external monitor into your laptop and see if the same problem will persist on it because if it does that means it's a problem with the graphics card itself but if not chances are it's just a driver problem.
- If it's not the same with the external display uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver from Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it shows Advanced Boot Option, select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver, reboot your laptop and it should automatically reinstall the driver once rebooted.
